Chivettes and Chivers!

We are quickly approaching Meet-Up time! We got some info for you in reference to ticketing and who the proceeds benefit. The proceeds will be for someone we as a group have been helping already – more than you know. Some of you have had the chance to meet this amazing young girl. If you haven’t figured it out yet it’s Alaysha. For those that don’t know Alaysha, she is an 8 year old girl who was diagnosed at the beginning of February with a rare and fatal genetic disorder. This disorder is call Ataxia Telangiectasia or A-T for short which is caused by a rare recessive gene. Unfortunately, there is no cure. A-T attacks children rapidly taking away their ability to walk, talk, and robs them of even simple motor skills. Kids with A-T are more susceptible to cancers and serious infections of all kinds. A-T even shortens a child’s life span; many never even reach 20 years old.

As for a brief:  

The Meet-Up will be at Bar Louie of Hampton on June 27. That following morning, June 28, theBerry VA is doing a brunch at Park Lane Tavern.

Meet-Up Details:

Again it will be held at Bar Louie of Hampton VA. We will have a private venue which is accessed by purchasing a ticket. This area will be primarily outdoors. There will be a stage for a live band performing outside.

Morning After Brunch details:

The Morning After Brunch will be a Park Lane Tavern.  The Brunch will have a donation jar and a silent auction for a gift basket.  Immediate seating might not be available and it is recommended that you make reservations. Especially if you will be attending with a large party. Please call Park Lane Tavern at 757-838-2748 to make your reservations.

Ticketing Info:

• Meet-Up(Bar Louie) will be $15 for Pre-sale and $20 the day of (both online and at the door).  

• Entry to the Morning After Brunch is free. HOWEVER a donation is strongly encouraged (donation jar will be present).

Mind you money raised from both the Meet-Up and the Morning After Brunch will be donated to Alaysha and her family. This includes ticket sales, silent auction, gift basket auction, and the donation jar(s). Bar Louie and Park Lane Tavern are both also going to donate a portion of sales from the day.

All sales are final. No refunds. So don't get all butthurt when you buy the ticket and 2 days before the event you can't go. We love you and everything, but you just made a nice donation to a cool cause. Also, by purchasing this ticket you are giving us permission to post any videos, pictures or any digital fabrications to our website and social media outlets. So if you are doing something Mom would not be proud of, don't blame us when your picture goes viral... Well, you can blame us, we will just point you back to this page (insert maniacal laughter here). That's it. Sorry for making you read. Have a beer, you've earned it.
